Marconi Shannon Centre

The ethos of the Marconi Shannon Centre is to create an atmosphere that will enhance and create research opportunities in an international context. Partners from across the globe from both academia and industry will interact to develop and solve problems in critical areas such as artificial intelligence, wireless technology, embedded systems as well as IOT. The research centre will establish industrial relationships to target research projects, outputs of which encourage Ph.D. research, research exchange and practical Testbed development that can be accessed across the global partnership. The research will also encourage interactive Summer and winter schools and a Marconi annual seminar.
